Love the constant change of 1 Market's thematic fair, so we don't get bored by eating the same stuff over and over again. This September, we get to enjoy an abundance of crabs cooked in different ways, in 4 themes: Asian wok-fried, cold seafood, salad and Japanese.

Glass Noodle Crabmeat Salad with Lime Leaves

I expect this to be more refreshing and tangy however its not.

Creamy and buttery texture.

Flower Crab and Snow King Crab

And 1 more which I didn't manage to snap a picture of, Oden Hotpot Soup with Crabstick.

These crabs are on a rotation basis, and its all free-flow!! O.O

I must say 1 Market offers the largest variety of buffet spread taking into consideration of its price, and its halal, great for company dinner, team gathering etc.

Next, lets move on to the rest of the spread.

There is a station where the chef will serve up chicken rice, wanton noodles, laksa etc. Its on rotation basis so if you are a regular, you won't get bored by the dishes.

Lastly some nonya kuehs as desserts to end our meal.

Thank you 1 Market for the kind invitation!
