Happy 24th Birthday Harry's Bar!



Harry's is turning 24 and there will be a "That 90s Show" on 30th Sep 2016 and 1st Oct 2016, from 6.30pm till late at Clarke Quay Fountain Square! Initially was going to be there on the 30th Sep 2016, however I have a date on that same evening.

Go on and party like you are back in the 1990s (when Harry's adventure just begun) and indulge in their signature treats and ice cold beverages. All proceeds from both nights will also go to Happy People Helping People foundation's campaign, Meal Funds for Box Collectors.

Gotten make use of The Entertainer App for more deals! So I dragged K here after dinner for our sweet treats!

The Entertainer App 2014!

2014 is coming to an end soon, today is the last day of November 2014. 

And its also the last day of offer for The Entertainer 2015. Usual price is S$75, now it is S$60 for early birds! WOOHOO! Have you bought yours??

I have got mine. Yay to more food at a cheaper price.

I hardly ask my colleague out for lunch as sometimes I prefer to rest & be alone during my 1 hour lunch, but I asked colleague out for lunch because I need someone to use this deal with. :P 

3. THE BANK BAR + BISTRO

Then, on a weekend, I was with K and we went to The Bank Bar to try out! 
So we only paid for a Fish & Chips & Latte, on top of that we have a 10% discounts on OCBC Card! 

The portion is also huge. WOW, I am very impressed!









As you may already know, SIngapore's service line actually sucks. 
I have coupons and deals before, when I tried to redeem those, the staff will give me a very confused look as though he/she had never seen this coupon before. So I was a little skeptical to use The Entertainer. 

Thankfully, all my 4 redemptions (yea, I lost my 4th visit to Oriole pics) were a breeze! Redemption is easy!

I think I will be posting more of The Entertainer App redemptions here! Hope you got yours too.

ICED LATTE S$6.50

Every iced milk drinks come with ice cream, so do let them know if you prefer not to have ice cream. Of course we want ours with ice cream! 

It is pretty good, only downside is that its such a small glass for S$6.50.


GREEN TEA LATTE S$5.50

Bought this off Sugar App at S$1.40! Out of the 3 times here at The Assembly Ground, I think I could conclude that the Green Tea Latte here is rather inconsistent. All 3 times tasted different. The sweetness & bitterness tasted different for all 3 times. 


RAINBOW CAKE S$8.90



I know rainbow cakes are only aesthetics to the eyes, but i couldn't resist ordering one. It is tall and beautiful.

Its another Sugar App post! These above is only S$1! Yes, a dollar! Not the iPhone, but the Cappuccino & Double Chocolate Muffin S$1.

Sorry this is not an advert, because I am still very much amazed by this app, that I have to share.



Love this cafe, thanks to Sugar App, we get to try out at this 1 month old (during the time of our visit) cafe.





Lava centred some more! The muffin is really yummy after heated up by the staff. Service was pretty good! Will go back for the brunch!





The Flat White & Latte only cost S$4 each, which is already very cheap, and they are located in Orchard, which makes it even cheaper!

Several weeks back, sista Eileen introduced an awesome app to us. Its the Sugar app.

The app will load places (ranging from restaurants to cafes to lifestyle stores) & items near where you are, then you can choose to bring down the price of the item (the app calls this ''skimming'').

You can only skim the item once a day and each skim will bring down the price y S$0.20 to S$0.50.

There is always a minimum price, so you cannot skim until S$0.00 ok? So far, from what I see, the minimum price is S$1. Imagine S$1 for a cup of coffee at a cafe! Its very very very cheap!

However, some items get sold out real fast so they might not even hit the minimum price before they get sold out.

And one thing you have to note is that once you buy the items, you have to redeem in 7 days.

PSST! Once you downloaded and register for an account, you will be given S$10 credit! How nice!



Glacier Yogurt

So my first redemption on my Sugar App is Berry-Go-Round S$1, managed to purchase at its minimum price. YAY!



And its very yummy, taste like grape yakult in a bigger cup!

I couldn't find this on their menu so I don't know how much is the exact price. But I believed I have saved a few dollars!

And upon signing up, I have a credit of S$10, so theoretically my yogurt drink is free!



Glacier Yogurt is a small self-service cafe with maybe only 12 seaters located at the basement of the new Orchard Gateway.

Can't wait to redeem more items!

3RD MAY 2012 THURSDAY 

On a crowded morning peak hour train, sometimes its bad to meet such people. 

Checking out the prices & designs - planning to get one of these for mummy for Mother's Day.

Can't get enough of beef noodles, as the last time I had beef kwey teow as well, not as nice, so I am craving for some beef noodles (with corase bee hoon)!

Dad bought us durians!

Poor brother for to open the durians as he is the strongest in the family! HAHA! Like a durian seller.
