Caraibe: Decadent dark chocolate cream layered between dark chocolate cake and hazelnut nougatine, cloaked in an almond chocolate glaze.

St Marc: Decadent layers of biscuit joconde with Krisch, vanilla creme Chantilly, dark chocolate cream and creme brulee.

This is so-so, you may skip this and try other cakes!
