On leave today! Meet XiaoHan for lunch & some regular stuff (eat, PLC, gong cha), at Plaza Sing.
Had lunch at Ajino Chanpon on the 4th floor. Looks like a ramen shop, or maybe its not ramen at all because the noodles is exactly the yellow noodles we had for our mee goreng, fishball noodles etc.
Anyway, Chanpon is a Japanese noodle dish - made by frying pork, seafood and vegetables with lard then the soup made with chicken and pig bones is added. The soup is good. I have never ate such a huge portion of vege & beansprouts in one meal.
I had miso butter chanpon while Xiaohan had curry cheese chanpon.
