Retain the retail nature of 1855 The Bottle Shop, housing more than 500 labels in their wine cellar, they also recognize the need for a dining option for our customers. Bistro 1855's philosophy is to offer wine and food where value meets quality.

Truffle Pizza S$26
Blue cheese cream sauce, baby spinach with truffle salsa and egg. Its pretty good especially we eat it hot.
Suid Ink Otak with Lobster S$14
Home-made squid ink otak with lobster meat.
I can't really taste that there is lobster meat but overall its quite good.
Crispy Pork Belly S$10
Roasted pork belly served with tropical salsa.
I seldom order pork belly, I tried a piece as the homz urge me to try as its good, crispy and not smelly.
Wagyu Rump Steak S$32
Char-grilled 200g steak, served with rustic fries and red wine jus.
Fresh Turkish Figs, Manuka Honey Ricotta, Berry with Pistachio Vanilla Crumb S$16
Not quite expecting this to end us off dinner, but its healthy, doesn't taste bad. I think everybody should opt for this as desserts instead of tiramisu, creamy sinful stuff.
